PEEPSHOW is coming to Planet Hollywood!

Tickets are on sale now for preview and regular performances of PEEPSHOW! It is a sexy new production set to open at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. PEEPSHOW is a collaboration between Tony award-winning director/choreographer Jerry Mitchell and Las Vegas entertainment pacesetter BASE Entertainment. Through many years of producing, directing, and choreographing his iconic annual event Broadway Bares in New York City, Jerry Mitchell has perfected the art of contemporary burlesque and modern strip tease - with PEEPSHOW he will bring it to life onstage in true Vegas style. High School Musical 3: Senior Year opened this weekend! The movie musical brought in $42 million, dancing its way to the top of the box office!! The movie musical had a record opening for a song-and-dance flick, beating the previous best of $27.8 million, set by "Mamma Mia!" Madonna's 'STICKY & SWEET' Tour Hits $276 Million!

Madonna sure knows how to put on a show! The original material girl is breaking all sorts of records with her Sticky & Sweet Tour. In fact, she's even extending her South American Tour and adding more shows! Madonna has added three more stops, one in Brazil and two in Argentina. Originally she had only been booked, at most for two nights, in each city in South America. But according to Live Nation Artists CEO Arthur Fogel, the concert market in "South America exploded in a fiery insanity" when they heard Madonna was coming. Her tour will now have 58 shows, with about two million concertgoers, and will bring in around $276 million. That'd make it the sixth largest paying tour ever - with the smallest amount of shows. Even her tour in Mexico City, scheduled for two shows, had their 100,000 tickets sell out in three hours. Madge is still hot! Congratulations to Nejla Yatkin who is the recipient of the 2008 Princess Grace Choreography Fellowship and will be honored at this year's Princess Grace Gala on October 15th! We would like to congratulate dancer William Isaac who took home a Bessie Award for his performance in Karole Armitage's Connoisseurs of Chaos at The Joyce Theater! Congratulations to Megan Jimenez & Billy Griffin who are no longer dreaming of a "White Christmas" now that they will be performing in Irvin Berlin's "White Christmas". Congrats to Amy Hall who can be seen on Broadway in Disney's production of "The Little Mermaid" Maria Torres has yet another production of "Celia" going to Spain. Jamie Hollmer is on a roll the Canadian/US tour of Thomas I & II. She is the associate director of the tours. Congrats to our dancers Michelle "Mochi" Camaya, Denise Miller, Dominique Rosales, Katy Spreadbury, Ron Todorowski and Sarah Vasilas for performing in the opening and closing ceremonies for the International Film Festival in Abu Dhabi. In addition to performing Sarah Vasilas also worked as a creative consultant.CONGRATS TO ALL!!! Sandflower Dyson is featured as the Rock Goddess in the new Rockband II Video Game. Billy Griffin and Samantha Berger turned it out at a recent Rite Aid Industrial Congrats to Jeff "Rapid" Ogle for choreographing his 1st commercial. You can check out his work when you see the new iDog spot! Congrats to Sam Sacco for being the lead dancer in the iDog spot. If Gina Bombera & Ariel Hoffman weren't ripped before they sure are now after doing QVC's Beach Bodies Abs with MSA choreographer Brian "BT" Thomas; he really worked them out! Two thumbs up for Melanie Benz who recently choreographed new artist Jamie Jo's album release party in LA! Josh Bergasse is choreographing a live show in Mexico "Bianca Maraquin's Solo Pido" and one of our dancers Kyle Leland will be featured. Great job guys! You can catch Eriko Jimbo and Kyle Leland bouncin' off the walls in Elizabeth Streb's new Off-Broadway creation. Jeri Slaughter recently choreographed Christina Aguilera's appearance on the MTV VMA's and her new music video Keeps Getting Better! Jeri also choreographed Mariah Carey's performance on Fashion Rocks!! Marguerite Derricks is currently working with director Kevin Tancharoen on the feature film remake of Fame! She also choreographed a spot for HP Hands with Fergie, Discovery Channel's Promo for Dirty Jobs, and an episode of Cold Case. Scott Grossman recently choreographed for The Great American Beauty, a new reality show coming to ABC. Tony Testa travelled to Europe to choreograph for So You Think You Can Dance Holland! He is also currently working with upcoming artist Issa Bayaua. Amy Tinkham directed the Cheetah Girls Tour with Assistant Rye Mullis. She is also directing American Dance, a live dance and musical production! Keith Young choreographed an episode of Rules of Engagement, in addition to spots for Electrolux and Kia. Mikey Minden, with assistant Bobby Newberry, continues to work with the Pussycat Dolls! Mikey recently choreographed the music videos Whatcha Think About That and I Hate This Part. Mikey is also choreographing an episode of Dollhouse on Fox.

WADE ROBSON continues to work on Criss Angel's Believe with Cirque Du Soliel opening at the Luxor in October! TRAVIS PAYNE is the Artistic Director/ Choreographer for Corbin Bleu's 2008 tour. He also choreographed a spot for Sears staring Vanesa Hudgens. Currently he is co-directing Sunset Strips presented by APLA and the Actors Fund. The event will be held on September 14th at Boulevard 3. KEVIN MAHER continues to choreograph for New Kids on the Block, including their promo tour and music video Single. JERI SLAUGHTER directed and choreographed Vanessa Hudgens' tour. In addition, he has been working with Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera for upcoming appearances. Bradley Rapier won Best Choreography-Local for "City Kid - The Musical" and Marguerite Derricks won Best Choreography-Equity for "Sister Act the Musical" at the 2008 NAACP Theatre Awards. Jerry was joined by past stars and poster boys and girls of Broadway Bares. Jerry Mitchell's book features sizzling behind-the-scene photos, performance shots, and stunning studio stills of men and women from the Broadway stage who have been a part of this spectacular burlesque event over the years.

11 Olivier Nominations for Hairspray!

The West End production of Hairspray, choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, received 11 Laurence Olivier nominations. This is the highest number of nominations EVER received by a show! Jerry's work garnered a Best Theatre Choreography nomination. The awards ceremony will take place March 9th at Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
