Congratulations to Jamie King, who is writing and directing Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour, the next traveling show from Cirque du Soleil! Based on Michael's music, the show features 60 performers from around the globe. In addition Travis Payne, Mandy Moore, and  Napoleon & Tabitha Dumo will be choreographing for the show, along with assistant choreographer Stacy Walker. Dancers include Shondra Leigh, Lucas Cazmadas, Ruthy Inchaustegui, and Davi Lorenzo. The 30-city tour will begin on October 2, 2011 at the Bell Centre in Cirque's home of Montreal. It will debut in the U.S. in Seattle on November 9, 2011. Other stops in 2012 include the Honda Center in Anaheim on January 24, the Staples Center in Los Angeles on January 27 and Madison Square Garden in New York on April 3.
