With production experience on more than 30 shows and over 300 events, Justin Mabardi has managed and directed projects as a Creative Producer, Production Supervisor, Associate Director or Stage Manager from development to stage in fifteen countries.

Justin is returning to Season 8 of AMERICA'S GOT TALENT as Associate Consulting Producer / Creative Director. Over the past two years, Justin has worked as Associate Director and Production Stage Manager on the Il Divo: Wicked Game World Tour, Il Divo & Katherine Jenkins European Tour, Il Divo: Live in London DVD and Il Divo's performances on America's Got Talent, The Talk and ITV's Red or Black?

He also creative produced twelve concepts for the Tang Paradise Park in Xian, China and was Associate Creative Director for Susan Boyle's performance on America's Got Talent, Jackie Evancho's performances on The View, The Today Show and America's Got Talent.

In 2010, Justin was contracted as Production Stage Manager (Consultant) on The House of Dancing Water in Macau to support Franco Dragone during the creation of the show.

Previously, Justin has stage managed and supervised productions around the world, including LE REVE (Las Vegas), Fosse (US Tour and European Tour), Rock of Ages (Broadway and Off Broadway), India (European Tour), The Middle East International Film Festival (Abu Dhabi), 42nd Street (Moscow), Carmen the Musical (La Jolla Playhouse) and for the Disney Entertainment Group (Los Angeles, Orlando and the Bahamas).
